MSPP Technology Support—Frequently Asked QUestions

Q: How do I log into MSPP Webmail or MyCampus?

For either site, you will be prompted for your username and password.  Your username is your e-mail address—although the username is slightly different depending on which browser you use:

  • If you are using Internet Explorer (PC’s only), your username is:
  • If you are using any other web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), or if you are using a Mac, your username is: firstname_lastname

You have the same password for both your MSPP email account and MyCampus.  Your default password has been assigned to you when you first received your account, and it's usually your student ID number.  If you do not remember your password, please contact to request that your password be reset.  (If you do not know your student ID number, see question 2, “How do I log into SSIG?”)

Q: How do I log into SSIG?

  • To access SSIG, please visit
  • Your username will be your firstname_lastname (ex. john_doe)
  • Your default password is your 9 digit student ID number.

If you don't remember your password, please click the "I forgot my password" link located next to the password field.  You will then be prompted to enter your SSIG username, and the password will be emailed to you.  If, after completing this, you still have not received your SSIG password via email, please email

Q: How do I change my MSPP password?

To change your MSPP password (the password for both your MSPP email account and for MyCampus access), you first need to log in to MSPP webmail:

  1. Go to
  2. Select "Options" from the bottom left panel
  3. Scroll down to "Password." It's the second to last option
  4. Select "Change Password."
  5. A new window will open titled “Internet Service Manager”; fill out the following:
    • Domain: MSPP.EDU
    • Account: Firstname_Lastname (note: no
    • Old password: enter your current password here
    • New password: enter your new password here
    • Confirm new password: re-enter your new password here

Q: I am an incoming student and I have not received my account information. What should I do?

You should have received a welcome email with a PDF attachment within one month of your having confirmed your enrollment.

If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail folder to make sure the welcome email didn't get blocked by your spam filter.  If you did not receive your welcome letter, please contact, stating the program you have enrolled in, and we will resend your welcome letter.

Q: Can I forward my MSPP email account?

Unfortunately, due to school security policy, automatic email forwarding to a 3rd party email service provided is not allowed at MSPP.  We recommend using an email client such as Entourage or Outlook to receive MSPP email so that you can check multiple email accounts at the same time.
