Groups for first-time moms with babies up to 6 months.
Choose a 6-week daytime series.
Each group meets with a professional facilitator and provides a wonderful opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, make new friends, and get some support. Discuss developmental issues, expectations of oneself as a new mom, changing relationships with family members, child care options, and much more.

Nadja Reilly is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and families. She was a staff psychologist at Children's Hospital for 12 years prior to transitioning to MSPP as the Associate Director of the Freedman Center for Child and Family Development. At the Freedman Center, Dr. Reilly is the training director for doctoral students, focuses on the early childhood programming, and conducts school and community consultations. Dr. Reilly is a mom of two boys, has a true passion for working with new moms and babies, and is looking forward to welcoming and working with many new families at the Freedman Center.

Anya Dashevsky, Psy.D., leads the New Babies/New Parents Group at the Freedman Center, and is an MSPP alum. Anya has worked in different capacities with children and families for over 10 years. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Brenner Assessment and Consultation Center, specializing in neuropsychological assessment of young children. As a mother of three young children, Anya understands the joys and challenges inherent in transition to parenthood. She is eager to help new parents navigate this exciting stage in their life.
