Educational Technology
In keeping with MSPP’s commitment to academic excellence and teaching, as well as our eagerness to adapt to changes in professional practice and community needs, MSPP programs employ a variety of innovative and exciting educational technology tools.
Every course at MSPP utilizes technology to some degree, with some courses using it more extensively than others. This is especially true in regard to the course delivery methods offered throughout our various degree programs. For example, some courses are offered exclusively through face-to-face, on campus instruction, while others allow for the weekly lectures and discussions to be hosted online.
Every MSPP course falls under one of four course delivery classifications:
- Traditional: Entire course meets face-to-face, with no use of web-based technology.
- Traditional-Enhanced: Course meets face-to-face, and may use web-based technology to supplement a meeting, or present course materials and information.
- Blended: Course blends online and face-to-face instruction
- Online: All of the course content is delivered online. There are no face-to-face meetings.
To learn more about how individual courses utilize educational technology, and to find out how their delivery methods might meet your specific learning needs, please visit the individual program pages, listed below.
