State Authorization and Consumer Protection

State Authorization

Due to Federal State Authorization regulations (as determined by individual state), MSPP students in the following states are not eligible to apply to our distance learning programs. Please note however that students who reside in these states are welcome to apply to any of our on campus programs.

Closed Enrollment States due to State Authorization Regulations:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Iowa
  • Louisiana
  • Maryland
  • Minnesota
  • Oregon
  • Puerto Rico
  • Washington
