Field Education
Each student completes a substantial practicum (125 hours) in a setting related to their intended setting of practice; this practicum is integrated with a closely mentored, highly individualized and structured learning module that:
- assesses and documents the student’s leadership knowledge and skill,
- designs a protocol for longer-term personal and professional growth, and
- begins the implementation of that plan.
