Caroline Wandle, PhD

Caroline Wandle is a nationally certified school psychologist and licensed psychologist.  She received her PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MS from the University of Rhode Island, both in school psychology.  After practicing as a school psychologist for many years in Massachusetts’s public schools, she joined the faculty of Tufts University where she taught for 18 years in their school psychology program, serving as the program director of 16 years.  Currently, she is a member of the National School Psychology Certification Board as well as the Ethics Advisory Committee for the National Association of School Psychologists.  She is the co chair of the conference committee for the Massachusetts School Psychologists Association.  Caroline’s research interests include professional issues such as training standards, recruitment, and retention of school psychologists from diverse backgrounds.  She maintains a private practice providing assessments and consultation to local school districts. She was named trainer of the year in 2008 by the Massachusetts School Psychologists Association.
