Sandra St Fleur, MBA

Sandra St Fleur is an expert in developing and coaching executives who become world-class leaders. Her unique talent lies in see people and organization as ecosystems that evolve in tandem. During the span of her career, Sandra has provided organizational design, performance improvement, and leadership/employee development to companies ranging in size and complexity from GE Capital and Partners Healthcare System to Habitat for Humanity. Sandra is known for her demonstrated knowledge of operations management, systems dynamics, conflict resolution, leadership development, team formation, and business dialogue.
