Dr. Osher earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology (with a specialization in neuropsychology) from Northwestern University. He completed his pre-doctoral clinical internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in the neuropsychology track and a post-doctoral fellowship in neuropsychology through the Harvard-Partners Consortium in Clinical Neuropsychology, which is housed jointly at Massachusetts General and Brigham and Women’s Hospitals. Within these settings, he worked with both adult and pediatric patients with various neurological, psychiatric, developmental, and medical conditions, including epilepsy, ADHD, learning disabilities, brain injury, primary psychiatric disorders, stroke, brain tumor, general medical conditions, and neurodegenerative diseases. He is also currently on the executive committee of the Association for Doctoral Education in Clinical Neuropsychology, which aims to advocate for doctoral education and training in clinical neuropsychology as well as promote appropriate standards for education, training, and research at the doctoral level within the field.

Dr. Osher currently teaches Neuropsychological Assessment and Physiological Psychology in the Clinical PsyD Program. He also supervises trainees at the Leon O. Brenner Center for Psychological Assessment and Consultation in the neuropsychological evaluation of adults throughout the lifespan.
