Victor De La Cancela, PhD, MPH, ABPP
Victor De La Cancela, PhD, MPH, ABPP is the Deputy Executive Director, Chief of Staff and Mental Health Director of the Tremont-Crotona Child Development Center, and Associate Clinical Professor of Medical Psychology, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University. Dr. De La Cancela is board certified in clinical psychology and in psychopharmacology. Dr. De La Cancela is a widely published educator, trainer and curriculum developer in the areas of cross-cultural competency and community-oriented primary care.
